My question is, don't all places have strict rules about hiring convicted felons? What do you think, should employers hire them? After all, everyone gets a second chance -- even Michael Vick!

Should Employers Employ Convicted Felons?
Today I did a story on the trucker shortage on America's roadways. A guy called in the newsroom today to say that the reason why their is a shortage is because they won't hire convicted felons. He says he can't get his hazardous materials license either, because of 9/11 tighter rules.
