Caddo special needs kiddo left on bus all day

Earlier this week, I got a call into the newsroom of a little girl that was left on the bus all day. But, this wasn't just any little girl, she had down syndrome. The bus driver and attendant were immediately placed on administrative leave after they phoned into supervisors to tell them they had discovered the girl later that day. Still, there's no excuse for this kind of stuff. In the past, I've reported on another issue with CPPS neglect to special needs kids. Why does this keep happening to those that need the most attention?
